iOS Games support

All our current iOS games are available on Apple's App Store. If you are having issues with one of our iOS Apps there are a few things that you can try;

  • Check the Updates section of the App Store to make sure you have the latest version/update of the app.
  • Close all other Apps that are running in the background and then re-launch the App.
  • Although you should never really have to reboot your device, sometimes if you have an App issue, it's handy to close all running apps and reboot your device. Once rebooted launch the App you had an issue with to see if the issue persists (this can sort memory issues).
  • Still got an issue with an App?
  • In a worst case scenario, try deleting the App, stopping all other apps running in the background, rebooting your device and then re-installing the App as the first thing you do when your device has rebooted. Where you can, always make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS.

    iMessage Games Support

    Where to find iMessage games after installing,
    • Start a new Message to a friend
    • Tap the App Store icon (above the keyboard)
    • Tap the 4 dots (bottom left)
    • Tap the iMessage app icon or swipe left to find it

    Steam/PC Games support

    Our PC titles are all available on Steam (check them out here). Most modern PC's from the last 5-6 years are more than capable of playing our games. On PC's we find the most common issues are,

    1) Graphics card driver. Our games are powered by OpenGL, to get the best from OpenGL you really need the latest graphics card driver from your graphics card vendor installed. Note, the default Windows OpenGL drivers are sometimes not the best depending on your hardware.

    2) Audio driver not installed properly? You can check this has properly installed (sometimes it just doesn't!) by going to,
    "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\(cobra game name)\_CommonRedist\OpenAL\" and locating "oalinst.exe" and running this simple installer. This will sort out any audio driver related issues if for some reason the audio driver didn't previously install properly.

    3) Microsoft VC redistributable files not installed properly? Reinstall these files by going to,
    "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\(cobra game name)\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2013\" and running "vcredist_x64.exe" if you have a 64bit version of Windows installed or "vcredist_x86.exe" if you have a 32bit version of Windows installed.

    Apple Mac Games Support

    All our current Apple Mac titles are available on Steam and on the Mac App Store (check them out here). On Apple Mac our games just need an Intel based CPU and your Mac to be running at least OS X 10.6.3 or higher.

    Roku Games Support

    All our current Roku titles are all available direct on the Roku Channel store (check them out here). Additional micro SD card storage may be required depending on how many Roku Apps you have installed (micro SD cards are cheap and readily available online and in most supermarkets and are the same kind used in portable MP3 players and digital camera's).

    Android Games Support

    Some of our popular games titles are available on Android through Google Play Store (check them out here). We endeavour to support as many Android phones and tablets as possible. If you do encounter a problem with one of our games we always recommend stopping all other apps running in the background, rebooting your device and then running the game as the first thing you do when your device has rebooted.

    For Android, we would recommend occasionally clearing your app caches on your Android device, this can help fix a lot of app problems in general.
